Breckenridge Wedding Planner | Ten Mile Station Wedding | Ali & Trevor

Ali & Trevor. Wedding planning always comes with its up's and down's. It's inevitable. Emotions can run high and frankly, there are a lot of things to check off the wedding planning to do list. After the last 3 years of life in general, we as wedding planners have come to really have to think outside the box with everything that has been thrown at us. From masking regulations, to reaching out to guests that are no longer able to come because of size restrictions, etc. I thought we had dealt with it all. I thought 2022 was going to be the year to get back to some sort of normal. You know what they say about assumptions... There is a very popular mountain wedding venue that had its hands tied when renovation plans came down the line. What that meant for 6 (!) of our wedding couples was that they had only a few choices of what to do. 1. Postpone to the following year with no idea what the renovations would be for the wedding venue. 2. Move their wedding to another venue. Or 3. Cancel their wedding all together. After weighing all options, Ali and Trevor chose #2. And with that, they changed their plans, pivoted their vision and moved to Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge. Ten Mile Station is such a fabulous venue but it wasn't why they had originally chosen a mountain wedding venue. Because Ali and Trevor are seriously the best couple ever, it wasn't long before they got on board and we started planning an epic Breckenridge wedding!

Along with the couple needing to switch wedding planning gears, our vendors that we had already hired, had to as well. First of course we had to let Ladybird Poppy know about the new plans. Thankfully she is one of our favorite wedding florists so we recommend her all the time. Including Ten Mile Station weddings! So she knew the venue very well already. Funkiphino was the amazing band we hired. At our previous wedding venue, we had a lot more space for things like a band but we had to get creative with Ten Mile. Thank goodness Funkiphino was flexible and willing to adjust to the new plans. Once West Photography is another vendor that we recommend all the time and work with all of our favorite mountain wedding venues so they were all set with the change as well. There were a couple more vendors we added once at Ten Mile Station because we wanted to make the event extra special. Shutterbus for the photobooth and Yours Truly Cupcakes for the dessert. With Ali and Trevor's dear friend performing the ceremony, this wedding was truly spectacular.

Thank you to Ali and Trevor for trusting us with their Breckenridge Wedding! It was such a joy getting to work with them and their families. Even with all the bumps in the road, everything happens the way it should and the day could not have gone better!
