Breckenridge’s beloved boutique yoga studio Bhava Yoga is set up to host wedding parties and bachelor / bachelorette groups for private yoga and mindfulness experiences. These wellness experts will design a private workshop in Bhava’s stylish downtown studio or a cozy in-home session where the instructor comes to you.
Choose from bonding experiences that include Private Yoga + Meditation Classes, Snowshoe Meditation (Winter Months Only), Hiking Meditation (Summer Months Only), Stand-up Paddleboard Yoga (Summer Months Only) and more.
Yoga classes range from gentle restorative candlelit yoga to a flowing stress-melting vinyasa class and on to a high-intensity sweat session set to your favorite tunes. Services are designed to meet the needs of your group. Brides and grooms, extended family, girlfriends, guy friends, moms and grandmothers—everyone feels at home with Bhava’s professional instructors.
Another fabulous way to incorporate wellness into your special week or weekend is by booking a sound bath session. These vibrational sound healing workshops incorporate long-held postures designed to reset, recalibrate and revitalize while experiencing the healing vibration of acutonic tuning forks. Close the practice with a 20-minute sound healing while you rest in Savasana. It’s a magical experience to have with your bridesmaids or groomsmen pre-wedding day.
Bhava also offers full studio rentals and can arrange for local wine, charcuterie, chocolate and other accompaniments for a lovely post-yoga or workshop brunch.
