Meredith & Parker. Ski Tip in Keystone, Colorado is where Meredith and Parker chose to say their I Do's. It was a perfect setting and one of our faves. When a couple has a certain guest count and food is higher on their priority list, Ski Tip always comes to mind. Plus, aside from being an amazing wedding venue, they are a lodge. So that means that along with using the space for the evening, you reserve all of the rooms as well. Once the wedding is over, select friends and family actually stay onsite and it is such a fun place to hang out and relax after a crazy, fun filled day. Because Meredith and Parker chose a wedding venue that is at the base of Keystone mountain, we thought it would be great to somehow incorporate the top of the mountain into their day. That's when I suggested that they have their first look up the gondola, on mountain. It was perfect! They started their day by having their first look on Dercum Mountain in Keystone, Colorado. If you ski here, it is the School Marm run. You can see from the photos it was perfect. They even took a lap on the chairlift!

Now on to the details of the day :) Larkin Owens provided such an amazing array of wedding flowers. They were gorgeous! She even moved the greenery piece that was behind Meredith and Parker on the fence during the ceremony, to the head table immediately following. Such a great way to utilize decor. Also, we emphasized the head table so to have a big impact but not break the bank. I love doing this look. The head table stands out anyway so it's great to focus the some of the wedding decor budget here. It just goes to show that you can have a big impact and not go overboard with spending. We rented a great farm table and cross back chairs from Colorado Tents and Events. Again, such a great impact for little cost.

Meredith and Parker had their ceremony right in front of the small pond with the mountain in the backdrop. It was such a gorgeous day and a perfect mountain setting. With all of their guests coming from out of town, it was such a great piece of Keystone to show them that not many people get to see. Leslie Ross of Summit Celebrant performed the ceremony. After the ceremony, guests enjoyed cocktail hour outside on the patio. Next guests moved inside the tent for dinner. Remember the mention of how great Ski Tip's dinner is? They again did such an amazing job, everyone was raving about the food. Ryan from Party of a Lifetime took it from there and kept everyone dancing. Marianne Brown Photography was the talent behind the camera and shared these amazing wedding photos.
