Some weddings are magical not despite the weather but because of it, and Kelly and Bryce’s celebration at Ten Mile Station in Breckenridge was a perfect example. Their ceremony started with a little sprinkle of rain, as if the skies were just dusting off the clouds. Imagine our nerves as we send out the groom just as it starts to rain! By the time the ceremony was underway, the sun peeked out, bathing the gorgeous mountain backdrop in golden light. And as the ceremony wound down, a light rain shower made a gentle return—just enough to feel romantic without dampening any spirits. Thank goodness!

One of the most heartwarming moments of the day? Kelly and Bryce included their sweet pup in their first look. The love and excitement on everyone’s faces (yes, even the dog’s!) made it a truly unforgettable moment.

The bride and her bridal party looked stunning, thanks to the talented team at Weemala, who worked their magic on hair and makeup. The florals by Ladybird Poppy brought in an elegant, organic touch, perfectly complementing the rugged beauty of Ten Mile Station.

Once West captured every moment with such artistry, from the laughter during the vows to the dreamy shots of Kelly’s dress swaying in the mountain breeze. And when it was time to hit the dance floor, Howe Eventful kept the energy high and the music flowing all night long.

Of course, the day wouldn’t have been the same without the guidance of my amazing team member, Natalie, who ensured every detail was seamless.

Kelly and Bryce’s day reminded all of us that a little unpredictability can make a celebration even more special. Rain or shine, the love they share was the true star of the show!
